Hi. I wanted to know if anyone here could help me identify this song. I made a cruddy midi file which has the part I can remember on it.

The real song came with lyrics but I do not remember any of them. I heard it at a water park one day but I do not know the artist or the name of the song. I would be really grateful if someone could help me. Thanks.
