hey ive got 30 different types of instruments laying around too! i think ill try them all.

i dont think you can say which instrument is hardest because every instrument is difficult to some extent. i play the alto saxophone and it is really easy but then the bari sax i cant make any noise. it`s not necessarily what one is the hardest because that could be different for everyone. someone who is bigger cant play the tuba and somepme whos smaller cant play the flute. it doesnt go by size it goes by what your ability is. if you can learn the ombiture or the fingerings and for violin the bow then your awesome because sometimes those can be the hardest things to master.

This is a philosophical question, no doubt. I would say that the electric guitar becomes the hardest instrument to play, owing to its popularity and the keen competition that follows.

By no means do I claim to be a great musician:

...which of course means I`ll never amount to anything, depth of skill being more important than breadth of skill; oh well.

Calling someone a liar without any evidence that they`re lying isn`t a very coherent thing to do... not that I should let it bother me.


The main thing that makes the Horn difficult is the spacing of the notes and the peculiar mouthpiece. However, something else to consider is that most people are righties, so that`s one more difficulty... one which I, thankfully, didn`t have to face. :p

Drums... and i dont mean learning the basic to do front ensemble or tamborine (spelling loop). I mean really knowing all parts and the theory of thaty. It is more complex. Once you learn flue or clarinet not you just have to improve technique... drums, you have many techniques.

well perhaps it makes even less sense to rate an instrument as easy when u admittedly dont even play any of them well.

it would make even less sense to think a person could play, let alone find, all those instruments to try.
