Hey all, I have bought 3 instruments from ebay to learn on (cello, violin, and a viola) all of whom have served me well to learn on.

I am looking to get a set of bagpipes from ebay, but, I am not so sure, so, I wanted to know all ur ppl`s opinion on the subject.
