I played the piano last year when the director allowed me at school at break time. Now I`m trying to learn the recorder I used to have a teacher in 4th grade but not anymore. I`m a junior in highschool now (16). But really why are u asking?

I started my soprano saxophone 7 months ago, started lessons 4 months ago, still taking them. I started flute 3 years ago, started lessons 7 months ago for 3 months, then changed my instrument (same teacher :D).

my musical background---Im 14 ive played classical piano for...hmm..9 years and ive been playing jazz for the past 2. I play in my school jazz band~ and starting up in a jazz combo- I have also played clarinet for 4 years ( which i play in concert band)- I made all city and all region my 7th and 8th and 9th grade years...that about it--

I play the piano, recorder, flute, piccolo, trombone, and guitar. . . I quit playing the piano after about 5 years cuz i hated it. I played the recorder cuz we had to in elementary school music class. I have been playing the flute for 7 years now and i just got piccolo last year. I just started playing the trombone cuz i just felt like picking up a new instrument and there was one just lying around that my dad used to play. I`ll probably play it in marching band next year. I just started guitar too, just because i felt like it. Okay, is that enough??? lol

Hi, I have been playing the cello for almost 6 years and I am now 14 now. I also have played the piano for about 2 years. But I like the cello about 10 times more than the piano. I also tried the violin but I really hated it.

I started violin when I was 4, suzuki technique, picked up oboe in 6th grade, and violin two years ago, now, I`m a freshman oboe performance/music ed major at UWSP. I also sing (tenor) play a bit of sax, clarinet and bassoon (learned by necessity in a week, ick)

hiya, i started playing the cello when i was nine basically cos no one in my family ever played a musical instroment and i wanted to be different! after deciding i was to little to carry what seemed like a tree on my back, i decide to take up the violin got to grade 5. when i got to secondary school, my teacher told me that i looked like a monky trying to play a violin, (due to the fact i had really long arms.!!!(teachers charm, don`t you just love it!!!))any way, she said i should take up the violin, so i took her advice and started playing the viola, and love it to bits.its totally different and i dont care what people think about the viola, its fab!!! last year, 2002 i started the piano, just cos i love music. y do u ask?

My parents forced me to start piano lessons when I was 7, and now I`m very grateful. Playing piano is a great way to relax. I learnt to play the guitar while at university, mainly because I had too much spare time, but also because my piano does not fit in my car.

Hey, I`m 13 and I`ve been playing sax for 2 and a half years, guitar for about 1 and a half years, piano for a year trumpet for half a year and trombone for about a half a year. I know, I am a music addict but I love it.:-)

I started playing the cello 3 years ago when I was 11. It is my favourite musical instrument, that is why I started playing.

Well lets see....I played the recorder about 5 years ago.. (lol..does that even count as an instrument?) I also play the alto saxophone which I`ve been playing for 4 years and the guitar which I`ve been playing for 8 months. I decided to play the alto saxophone because well I don`t know really...Kenny G inspired me lol. And I started playing the guitar because I`ve *always* wanted to play the guitar....and I didn`t much care for playing the sax because I couldn`t sing while I played it! I can also play a little bit of piano, which I taught myself. I started playing piano because I thought it was an essential for any real musician. I guess the reason I started playing all of these instruments is because I have a general love for music and all of it`s causes

Aaah! I started playing the flute at the age of five after some assembly at school where the older girls played a flute trio. The reason I started was because I liked the shape their mouths made when they played....

well..i started with the recorder in 4`th grade cuz it was mandatory for my school, and played the violin in the same year cuz it was the only optional one me school offered to 4th graders. Then i started the trumpet in 5th cuz i just felt like trying it, and loved it and stayed with it and got one for my birthday. I aslo fiddle around with the tin whistle sometimes. All lesons were taken thru me school
