I love this song- http://youtube.com/watch?v=Q4vPJXYhMW0
I was wondering, how advanced do you think this song is?
For a beginner, would it be really really really hard or just kind of a challenge?

How much of a beginner are you, year? less than? more than? And also, do you have any other musical background. Sounds to me like the rhythm will pose the most most problems then it sounded like it had some nifty intonation parts. Won't be impossible, just a bit challenging.

if you are used to learning by ear (like i am! ) then you shouldnt have any trouble at all. If you are doing suzuki method, i would reccomend being around the back of book 1 to the front or early mid. of book 2.

i don't really play... but i'm a definatly a dreamer (if ya know what i mean). I have a strong music back ground. I was wondering *ON AVERAGE* if you had piano experience, and just started playing violin, (if you took out the vibrato) hoe long do you think it would take to learn?

Its quite easy for a person with piano background to pick up the violin. I've learnt for about 5 months and i'm currently in about the middle of book 3 of Suzuki method. Perhaps the only thing you need to get used to is the bowing and such, but in terms of leaning songs from scratch, a piano background definitely helps
