I watched one of the videos of you playing Canon. A bit hard to tell too much because the audio and video didn't seem sync'd exactly. I didn't see the whole thing, (couldn't turn off the other sounds), but my advice would be to practice with a metronome. Your tempo kept accelerating, from what I did see.
