Great Summer Music Camp Possibility: If you missed audition deadlines for summer camp this year - you may be in luck. The Strings International Music Festival, which features members of The Philadelphia Orchestra, still has openings in its program at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania in June. The festival - quite unique in its programming - is designed for students of all ages and skill levels (from 8 years of age through college), includes six orchestra levels, private instruction and master classes by members of The Philadelphia Orchestra, competitions, chamber music, private practice, solo performance opportunities, and daily music classes. The festival includes violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, harp, and piano and is directed by Kimberly Fisher, Principal Second Violin of The Philadelphia Orchestra.
