I'm new here, just joined, currently learning violin, but also just started piano.
I would like to ask if there is anyone interested in joining me and my violin to make a quartet (need another violin, viola, cello). I think you would need to be at about grade 3-4, otherwise if too advanced you may find this work tideous!!!. Obviously need to live fairly near to each other -- i live in somerset. Also i can organise one lesson per month with a very good violin teacher (professional)--- which would not come to alot of money, as the bill would be split equally between the four of us. We could rehearse once a week or two weekly-- what ever. I have just started grade 4, so please only enquirer if really serious about this. I think it would be great fun and the teacher has plenty of chamber music!!!
