Thank you for sharing such a helpful guide. It will help people train at home especially in quarantine.

But I think training websites are more helpful as compared to youtube. I feel like youtube lessons limit learning. On the other hand, training websites have a lot of trainers from different backgrounds, forums, and lessons. I feel like there is a lot more interaction and learning over there.
