Hi. I downloaded three pieces yesterday for flute quartet. All them them came out fine except "Carol of the Bells." The first page of that one is cut off such that the 4th flute part is missing. I tried doing it 3 or 4 times and it does it every time. The other pages downloaded with all the staffs intact. Is there a way to calibrate this so that I can get a complete copy of the first page?

I'm sorry you're having difficulties with printing. It's very difficult to set things up so it works on everyone's printers (even paper sizes are different in different parts of the world!) - if you look in the print options before you print you may find a checkbox that says something like 'fit to size' which will shrink the printed image to make sure if fits on the page. That may be what you need.
