Not really. You could probaly find music, but it wouldnt sound right. Most rock music was on tenor. Are you in a marching band? they usally play screwed up versions of rock songs.. pleas reply

Ummm.... I can play good rock on sax just can find it..... no u can hav alto and yes marching band CAN play not screwed up versions since mine played an awsome song. We played "Rock an roll" The one were u stomp....

ya they can play rock...i have played 2 rock songs on a alto...i played Banana Split(60`s Rock and Pep Rally Rock(my fave )
