That stuff isnt real punk. Real punk is the guys who were around at the end of the 70s like The Clash and The Sex Pistols and they were all !***! as well. The olny good punk bands were The Clash and The Dead Kennedys. The !***! these days like Greenday is pop-rock made by a bunch of poser !****!s who think they're intelligient because they put stupid ploitcal !***! into their music.
I think you guys are totally right, punk is dead... i do like some of the newer so called "punk" like green day (their newer !***! SUX!!) and Blink 182, and a couple of other bands like them, but i mostly like the older, real, punk. Such as The Ramones(im wearing a ramones shirt right now), The Clash, Led Zepplin, and Pink Floyd, people should deffinitley try to bring back punk by putting together punk garage bands.. maybe they will make it big and inspire people to bring back punk. What do you think?
Im not a really big into punk but mainly cause sid viscous or johnny rotten(or one of those real punk people i cant remember) had a shirt that said i hate Pink floyd...but i do like the clash, ramones, and sex pistols....and i was wondering would u call nofx, guttermouth, and anti-flag punk?? cause i reckon that's the closest ull get to punk these. days.
