Hey, Avril may write her own songs, But So Does Bad Religion. Did anyone see The Times Square Concert on news years day like 2 years ago, when avril performed live. HOLY HELL< i thought it was a joke. Okay, she may be able to put down some songs and words but they are annoying, overplayed and F*CKING(it wont let me swear...-_-) POP. dear derek.......... i will explain myself now! i like music i like punk, metal,softrock and alot more. but more than just liking rock i like the fact that people take music into their lives and use it to express themselves. i use rock music to express myself, and there`s alot of people who wouldn`t agree with me. just like i don`t like avril (pop music) but i still respect the fact she uses her music to influence others. as for the genre she wants to be included in, so what....just cause you listen to ramones, clash or what ever doesn`t mean you gotta listen to avril too.
