I don't like slipknot. They're one of those bands that don't have any rhythm, melody or harmonic since. Sounds like a jumble of noise to me. They should probably learn some Music Theory.

any way i bet you that if you just listened to one of there songs you would see that they have perfect rythem and that its almost impossible for nine different people and nine different instruments to all go together and still be professional
and they arn't rap either
also not all there songs are screamo or heavy metal like they have alot of songs that sound like system o a down offspring or any just rock like song if you listen to a sog from them called ait and bleed and i bet you that you would think there not bad

I've listened to alot of Slipknot songs and read their lyrics, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to say they suck. I still stick to what I said.
It's accually not that hard for 6 instruments to harmonize, orchestras do it all the time with alot more instruments. Just because Slipknot isn't classical doesn't mean that it's impossible for them to harmonize. Older bands did it just fine with amps, so don't start giving me crap about slipknot having electric instruments.

i agree with penny completely, i actually bought one of thier albums and listened to it all the way thru, and i still thaught it sucked, but if you like it then good for you, i'm just telling you i dont.

dude, are you guys on crack?? slipknot kicks ass and i don't care what you say because they are pure awesome! i mean, i also like a lot of other music such as SOAD, disturbed, godsmack, mudvayne, black label society, and jimi hendrix... so i know whats good and what isn't. my point is that slipknot is great!
