the greatest rock band of all time is the almighty AC/DC! without thinkin twice they r the best every1 else with good charlotte and bands like that should wake up and take a LONG and careful look at themselves.. other good bands are led zeppelin aswell and the ramones, black sabbath, the only modern band that is heaps good i rekon is jet

The Chris Walker Band without a doubt! They`re a young band (in their early 20`s) and they cover such a wide frame of music genres from the basic blues rock, classic rock, to a reggae rock. Metallica.

They had one of the best Bassists until their 4th album, along with some of the greatest Lyrics... Not to mention, they play amazingly... I can`t believe how little this band was talked about.

Well there are many great bands out there bit I think led zeppelin is the greatest by quite abit. I`m not just saying this because of stairway to heaven (even though it`s a great song) but they have such a variety it`s incredible. And whoever puts good charlotte or linkin park on this is a complete idiot. Seriously I absolutly hate good charlotte and linkin park sucks but not as bad. It`s all the same. But yeah in my opinion zeppelin is the best.

Well yes it is the Beatles because of the way they changed rock music. Rock would not sound the way it does now if not for them. They were above the music and became something more. Like Bach or Beeatoven were above music so were the Beatles and they are the only rock band to acomplish this. And no other rock band ever will again. Even if you hate there music you cannot deny this.
