as has been said, anything by hendrix aye...personal fave is have you ever been (to electric ladyland)
though yeah, voodoo chile is awesome too
and there's a really amazing one by funkadelic but i can't remember the name of the song 
but y'know, i can't play guitar so im not the best to be replying to this in the first place hehe...

Through the Fire and Flames is also imposible to beat in Guitar Hero on Hardcore mode...1/16 of a second beats!
