I have never seen this before… I just registered for a site called Cellware. Their claim to fame is that all of their mobile content (ringtones, wallpaper, videos, and stuff like that) is free. The crazy part… IT WAS 100% FREE! Just as they said!
I actually used it to download what they call a name tone, http://www.cellware.com/ringtone/nametonewakeupjared/?refID=95 . So every time my phone rings it says “Jared you have a call” in this cute funny voice. Check the website out for yourself if you don’t believe me.
