The Favorite Bands of A Tasteful 13 Year-Old:
1.U2 -- each (wonderfully done) song is a magical message to the world. the Edge provides great guitar, Bono is a world class singer, and mullens jr and Clayton are not to bad either...
2. Pearl Jam -- just great music. means something and Eddie Vedder`s vocals are just amazing
3. Led Zeppelin -- the best true rock band of all time. Jimmy Page is the best guitarist, save Hendrix
4. The Who -- great 70s rock...can`t explain it in words
5. The Police -- sting and company with their great choruses...don`t forget Every Breath You Take
6. Nirvana -- not Pearl Jam but still a very good overall band
I enjoy much more rock like Queen and R.E.M., but the guys listed above are my faves (from what I remember ).

yes that right The Beatles and i do believe that they not only have more hit songs but a number more #1 hits so its pretty obvious that with the logic you use The Beatles OWN Aerosmith and not to mention all the other bands that kick Aerosmiths ass considering how much they suck

ok so first off its time to rag on Sandy, so firstly Foo Fighters, Aerosmith and N.I.N. do NOT belong anywhere near this list, they suck major ass, secondly The Dave Mathews Band is decent but not what legends are made of and thirdly and certainly not least if your going to have The Beatles on your list put them as #1 or #2 (only #2 to the king, Elvis) they aren`t #4. ond now back to mike so you think that Aerosmith has sold a lot of records look at the Beatles, they`ve sold over 113 million albums where as Aerosmiths sold 66.7 and they have a number more Albums and they released albums for more then 7 years, unlike the Beatles who only had an elustrious 7 year period in which they released albums.

looks like i was wrong about you Clyde... your also an idiot... you can`t even appretiate a great artist. I mean honestly Elvis is the king and yes he was insperational, but he sure as hell didn`t suck, he was one of the greatest artists ever. And if you like rock how can`t you like Elvis? I mean thats like an insult to rock if you think he sucks. So Clyde do me a favor, get some taste in music.

Um elvis did not have good lyrics, singing, or could not play an insturment, so tell me what is good about him. If i dont have a good taste in music then make fun of the following bands:
The Beatles ( much more revolutionary by the way)
Led Zeppelin
The Doors
Pink Floyd
Jimi Hendrix
Eric Clapton
The Grateful Dead
The Who
The Allman Brothers Band
Bob Dylan
Yeah, I have bad taste in music.
You`re right all those bands blow.
