I have been amazed at the new Bands to have come out of 2004-I have got to say this has probably been the best rock year since the 70s when it all fell apart-I cant wait till next year for more artists I hope that you would agree-but who do you think has been the best act from 2004?

Yeah, rock music is coming along. Some time soon maybe all bands will be good. I`d say the best ones of 2004, though both have been around for a while longer than that, are The Darkness and The Hives. As some honorable mentions, Franz Ferdinand could become great, he`s better than most right now, and The Killers, if they decided what they really wanted to play and didn`t try so hard they`d be great.
