Well, i was wondering if any of you had the "How to make an american quilt" Soundtrack (by Thomas Newman, of course!). I`ve searched it everywhere, and it doesnt appear neither in Kazaa nor in Overnet or Emule. I only find the Main theme, but that`s not the song i`m looking for. I think the song i want is named "Sophia". Please, HELP!!!

Mr. Arend, saw your notes/arrangement of RTP and wondered if you`ve tried "Still Dead" or any other Newman piano cues on American Beauty. I find these cues challenging to transcribe, particularly with the reverb and strings, etc. overlay. The sheet music to AB is still unavailable as far as I know.

I am a guitarist by trade but, the first time I heard the piano duet and the road to chicago I dug out the keyboard and have not stopped since. This guy is great! I have figured out almost all of the two pieces above and am working on putting them on paper since there a whole lot of people searching for this I will post ASAP.

what can I say about thomas` music??it`s just simply.....divine....his music is a source of inspiration...especially the american beauty album..those notes are one of the few things in life that make it worth living..his music is beautiful..

I was both amazed and dissapointed to find so many seekers of the great music of Thomas newman,and so dissapointed in the many frustrated attempts of others to find his work in print.It borders on criminal to keep such work from so many who are so moved by his work.Another frustrated fan.PRF.
