in my opinion, john williams is the best living composer out there. try this: get a surround sound, buy the empire strikes back soundtrack and listen to the astroid field. when i listen to john williams creations, i feel a certain feeling of happiness and just an amazing feeling, try to feel that way with bands like black sabbath, or van halen, you feel like crap. anyway, john williams music is the only stuff i will buy because, he just has great styles of writing music, that fits the movie and, still sounds good without the movie, try that with another composer.
