Richard Walters - All At Sea. It took me a lot of searching, haha, but I found it. You can check out his my space page, that's basically the only info I can find on him.
oh my god regarding that same song!!! THANK u so much for the name...I dont know how u tracked it down...as soon as I heard it, I was on a mad dash to try to locate it...GOOD job!!!
