Looking for "Forever Young" from the Care Bears 2 movie...help please? 22:03 on Monday, June 20, 2011

I am currently looking for piano sheet music to the song "Forever Young" by Carol Parks. It's the song at the end of the second Care Bears movie (which came out in 1986). The tune itself is pretty simple to play by ear, but I'm looking for the piano accompaniment to it. If you have any info please let me know. Thanks.
