The soundtrack gets brownie points for

Fitting the movie perfectly

Compliment its genre

Stands the test of time

Original inspiration among tracks i.e. not the cliché of having for example "paint it black" by the Rolling Stones (We know its a cool song but its way overused now) ..unless it was the first movie to do so

Last track goes out with a band with the end titles

Composers work doesnt sound the same in every movie ( i.e Hans Zimmer , Elfman)

The movie itself doesn't have to be the best movie in history or anything ...just the soundtrack

My vote is for Blade runner .Not only does it fit the movie , but the soundtrack could be a template for most Sci-Fi movies out there and definitely influenced its field.
