Help! Is it me, because I can`t work out how to play top G (2 above middle C)!!!!!!!

Is it possible to play top G???????

finger a G but without the thumb on the back. anyone correct me if they disagree. i not trying to be a know it all.

Ah, yes you are right I think anon. Get a tight embouchure, (mouth) and blow fast, with a tight small embouchure. You will get it sooner or later, don`t stress it.
