I don`t mean to be rude, but part of being a musician is learning how to write, read, and recognize notes by ear. Not everyone has perfect pitch, but you can train yourself to have good relative pitch, and this is a very useful asset in writing, reading, and transcribing music. There are people who can do this for you if you pay them. However, it is an essential skill to have if music is something you want to pursue in life.

However, I will give you the notes anyway.

(Letters represent eigth notes, dashes represent held eigth notes, and slashes represent eigth rests)

In 4/4 time, and in C major. Quarter note = c. 120:
