I just got a new sax that i want to play for next year. I dont know the keys or anything like that. I know where to hold my hands and how to breath in it. I can make some noises but i dont know how to play the notes. I know i am a beginner but please help!

hey, i can help, ive been playin for about 6 years and am in middle school, but am already playing in high school band, my suggestion is to find the key to excelence books, they have all the keys and give you them slowly, so you can practice the keys and notes in easy lics, the red is first, then blue, and lastly green getting harder in each book, i suggest starting in red, then you can blow through blue and then practice the notes in green in songs. saxes rule!!!
