Can anyone tell me how to double toungue. Also, what syllables do I say? Thanks

i use duh-guh as my syllables
duh on the initial tongue and guh oin the back tongue

I find that the syllables ta-ka are more effective. The technique may vary slightly for each wind instrument, but that`s basically what you do. What instrument do you play? I may be able to go into more detail that way.
