hey... what sorta sax are you playing? i play tenor, and it took me ages to reach that bflat, and even now, its a troublesome note (and i`ve been playing for years). It`s really just that you`re not used to having to support so much to play anything. Its a matter of practice; play as low as you can, and just practice holding that note really steady, varying dynamics and stuff. With time, you`ll find as you`re support gets better, you`ll be able to go a semitone lower, then a little lower. Don`t worry, its nothing unusual. You`ll manage them with practice!!!

Good luck!

Many sax players can`t get those till their second or third yr. Keep trying!
