hey guys, i have a really big problem with my lips. whenever i play a song twice(repeat), my lips tend to get tired and weak. then i find that once my lips get weak, my airstream escapes from the corners of my lips. i don`t u derstand why this happens. i always carefully form my embouchure with lips tight(not to tight). i practice daily hoping that i will be able to play a song with repeats, without my lips having to get really weak. this has happened since i started playing the trumpet, about 2 years ago. anyone have any types of suggestions on what i should do? i do almost everything to try to get my corners really built and strong. i.e. scales, arpeggios, slurs, and even long tones and chromatics.

I don`t play the trumpet but maybe your obature (howeva u spell it) is too tight making the muscles around your lips get tired quickly? You could try doing warm-ups with ur lipr before u play?
Hope this helps, like I said, I don`t play trumpet i play oboe and sometimes this sometimes happens to me.
