I am 26 years old and played trumpet all through Jr. High and High School. I played one year in college but then school and my marriage/divorce took over my life. I haven`t played for about 5 years and I am wanting to start playing again and go back to school and major in music. What is the best way to re-train myself for playing? Also I am in need of a new trumpet. Mine was stolen a couple of years ago and now I am looking. I can spend about $2000 dollars, maybe more if it seems worth it. What is the best quality trumpet for that price? I would appreciate any help I can get.
