How do you practice vibrato... I sort of have it, but I want to make it better.

I am josh a pupil (flute) at chethams school of music ! to practise vibrato you have to puisch from the diaphragm, so put your metronome on crotchet = 60 and push once from the diaphragm every beat , then 2x , then 3(triplets), 4x(semiquavers),5(5lets),6x(2groups of trip6x is hard, just wait til u do 8 times haha!!!
do this for about 1 hr a day

soz dint read da bottom parrt u play the flute lol!!! well ne way do the exercise it really can help
