Remember my upgraded hofner violin i mentioned before? i had it upgarded again... now replaced the fingerboard and chinrest(again) with nice aged macassar ebony(with beautiful brown-streaked woodgrains)! Handcrafted again by Ayo(Jimmy Gaston`s apprentice for 10 years now), ofcourse under my careful scrutiny. Also replaced the end button and pegs with authentic hofner ebony. Replaced and adjusted the soundpost, trimmed the bridge with large holes/C`s and fine-tuned everything! Great sound! Can`t wait for my violin to age!!! :-)
