hey guys i have a problem i have an old geminhardt its pad on they very 1st key is coming out and someone told me like 5 months ago it might be a problem i cant get a new one right away though this summer i will but i play stuff and on f`s g`s a`s high d`s and b naturals it will play sometimes and than other times it wont and it sounds like it has a leaks on it does anyone know what is wrong and what it is cheaper to do fix it or get a new one i am looking at a yamaha

if your pad is just coming out and it is leaking it will definately be cheaper to fix the flute. if you take it to a music store and must leave it for repair ask them if they have loaner instruments. most music stores do i`m sure. they will let you use it until yours is repaired
