I just want to share my personal view on the groups performing at weddings in Manila. There is a trend now of bands playing at weddings. With there cheesy songs and "canto" or street feel. I still think that the best instruments for a wedding are the violin, cello, viola , contra bass and piano and of course the flute. PLAYING CLASSICAL AND JAZZ!!!!. These instruments give your wedding a certain class and sophistication. The classical guitar is also very beautiful
with the violin or flute. But to have an electric or folk guitar and kahon at your wedding is stupid and so cheap, so yuk kadiri. Lets face it you have to be crazy not to realize this. Your wedding is a special moment in your life
its not a gimik night were you get drunk yuk yuk yuk!. So get some sense into your head ok hire decent looking pro wedding musicians not goons who will turn your wedding into a bar for drunkards!!!! be classy girl you so deserve it honey.

I guess you have a point you don`t drink beer at weddings, wine has more class. You don`t get bar musicians to play at your very special day. You hire musical and very special instruments like the violin, piano and double bass.

Yes i think you girls are correct, The kind of music also is important for me i prefer Jazz, its very sophisticated and very classy. Classical is also great you just have to pick the good players, some of them are like robots. Here`s the trick. They should be able to play even if they don`t have musical sheet or note guides then you know that their really good and have been playing for a long time. Get the best and only the best. I got da cappo for my wedding.
