Im 1st chair this year in concert band alto sax and Im sort of not that good to be a section leader, what should I do?

I understand COMPLETELY.

I`m first chair flute, and I don`t like being "Section Leader" Or "principle" (I`m both...I think)

It is hard. All of the upperclassman literally are better than me and it is driving me insane.

Just work really hard, and pretend you`re enjoying it. Thats what I try to do.
