I`ve been playing tenor sax for the last 4 years of HS. Now i`m moving onto college and will continue to play. I`m no expert, but I love to play...any kind of music. I have a jupiter horn, an the stock mouthpiece, which now has a chip in it after i dropped it. It still seems to sound fine, but I`m considering buying a new one. Does a different mouth piece really make that big of a difference? What does it effect? Thanks,
Chris

Your mouthpiece makes a huge difference to how you sound.
