Have you heard of anything by Ludovico Einaudi? He does beautiful flowing peaceful pieces. My favourites are Julia or Password. You can download some of his books for FREE on 4shared.com. I searched 'ludovico einaudi' and got these results.

Julia and Password can be found in the 'eden roc' book. I just downloaded all I could find and tried to find someone playing them (on youtube, or last.fm) so I could hear what they're like.
