Can't send it to you, but what I can do is tell you the chords for it on the guitar. First of all you will need a capo. If you don't own one use a pencil and some rubber bands. Place the capo on the 4th fret of your guitar. Now the main chords of Hey, Soul Sister by Train, are...
(This isn't what they are actually called since the capo changes the key, but you can think of it like that because it's the same fingering and place-just called different.)

G Chord
Am Chord
F Chord

Oh I do that too. But I never tried to learn it on the piano, it seems more of a uke and guitar type of song...
