My piccolo has been really sharp since the day I bought it(it is all metal). So I checked to see if the sork was in place. With no suprise to me it wasn`t. I pushed it out so it was lined up the way it was supposed to be but the the screw was hanging out the end. I went to my teacher but he looked at me and said I knew more about piccolos than him. I have been playing Picc. for three years. I just payed it off. What should I do?

Take it to a repair shop?
