Just so you know, I`m a sax player that doubles on flute, so this may not be totally accurate, but this is what I do. I found that higher you play, the sharper your notes are. I found myself pulling my chin down while playing high notes to shorten the air stream. So maybe try backing out of the note, if you get that. Kinda open the air stream by tilting your head back and forth till you find what you want when play higher.

Hi! I play flute, clarinet, and piccolo, and i think i can help you. In general, to go from a lower pitch to a higher pitch, you change your lip position. Think of aiming your air stream higher for higher notes. I hope this helps. If you have more questions, i`ll see if i can be of any help.

TO change octaves, you simply need to tighten your embouchure, and blow faster, also, it may help to drop, or pull back, your chin, and when you tighten your lips, pull the corners in.

Yup. It`s not so hard once you get the hang of it. Tighten your lips while rolling your mouth piece in and blow harder, significantly harder. At first blow as hard as you possibly can. The trick is to get the note out, volume control comes with practice.
