hey, i am a freshman in high school and i am a fairly talented trumpet player. i was in all state and all district, but the thing is, all my friends say that i have a beautiful sound on the baritone and i play it with a better quality than i do with a trumpet, and i have to admit, i kinna wanna switch, but i am not sure. what do you think i should do????

Hey Dukes,
Switch to trumpet. I mean if its something you really want to do then do it. Don`t listen to what your friends say. Just take the plunge and dive right in.
