It is my life long dream to play the saxophone, and i finaly, got me a alto saxophone, now i am in need of some lession on how to read notes and blowing lessions. any thing would be fine, i will be thankful...

The saxophone is great! There are a lot of tips to give you.. it would take a long time. I think you should go buy one of those beginner books from the music store. It will teach you a lot. Then you can ask about specific problems.
