We have a violin from our family that a friend said may be a find. Inside it says on one line:
Joseph Guarnerius fecit
Cremonae 1724
It looks like it is in average condition. Stored in an old wooden case and has the bow with it.

If you can verify that it is authentic, it may indeed be worth quite a lot of money. However, many violins have famous names inside of them, but they are only copies. Take it to a professional appraiser to find out.
