the tenon cork that fits the upper joint to the lower joint of my wooden clarinet is too tight. Every time I assemble my clarinet I have to put a lot of cork grease on it. Can I just use a sand paper to sand the cork to make it looser when fitting the two joints together ? What precaution shall I take when sanding the cork ?
