yo, i know this is for instruments and stuffs, buti`ve been volenteered to sing in the church choir, and i know i can`t sing, and i need to figure out if i am a alto or tenor,(i am german, so i guess i do have a lower voice, but hey, its still odd) i am a girl and its wierd to sit in the tenor section with the old ladies, but i thnk thats what i am,is there anyway i can get my voice to go higher, on key, in a few hours? (choir practice is in a few hours)

Sorry gal, I didn`t want to insult, but I mean where`s the sahme in singing in the tenor section with old ladies. Actually, I better like the old ladies, they`ve got more experience. With their voice, I mean. You should consider yourself lucky, singing like a vicking.
