Go to http://www.jwpepper.com/catalog/search, and type in Pirates of the Caribbean to search. They have MP3 files of excerpts from the movie. It could be for a concert band or orchestra. However they don`t have a preview of the score.

I have a midi file of the entire soundtrack of Pirates of the Caribbean for orchestra (not solo instrument). I would be happy to send it to whoever wants it if they email me.
