I get flute music free by doing a search on MIDI files. Ihave found plenty of Jethro Tull MIDIs doing this.

MIDI music is an electronic standard for electronic instruments. The computer that you are reading this message on probably has MIDI capabilities with its sound card.

MIDI files are freely available on the Internet. With a program like Home Studio from CakeWalk at www.cakewalk.com , Yamaha`s XG Works, MIDI Orchestra, etc. you can view the MIDI file in staff or music format. You can also play along with a full orchestra or band.

There was a question about the piccolo solo from Stars and Stripes by Souza. You can do a search for Stars and Stripes and MIDI. You can then view the music and play the piccolo part along with the band. You can also print out the part.

I have found that it great fun playing all kinds of music with an orchestra that I keep in my computer. I also have a digital keyboard that will play the music from my computer. It sounds a lot better than anything my computer can make.
