I am abou 38 and I am learning cello for one year, with a good success. I am now exercising shifting among different positions and beginning playing Bach`s Suites.
I am still very interested in double bass, too. has someone experience in playing / learning these 2 instruments at the mean time? Should I string the bass as the cello? Or should I let it be at all, in order to destroy everything I have learnt up to now? Thanks for the answer,
