Hi! I need to buy a plunger mute for a solo i have to perform for band. I know i have to buy a sink plunger, and i bought a size 4, but i dont think that it`s the right size. Can you offer any tips on the use of the plunger? Thanks every one!

yea, when i had to buy a plunger mute i just took a tape measure and measured how wide my trumpet was at the bell and recorced the data and went to a hardware store and found a plunger almost the same size. be careful, you don`t need it exactly the same size, a little smaller. good luck
